At Willow Woolf Food & Body Trust, I support adults struggling with disordered eating, binge–restrict cycles, and food guilt to reconnect with their bodies and restore balance. Based in Dorset and working both online and in person, my work integrates nutritional therapy, behavioural science, and subconscious healing through my signature WILLOW Model — blending evidence-based strategies with compassionate, trauma-informed support.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in cycles that don’t serve you, and the relief that comes from finally finding a way forward. That’s why my work is grounded in compassion and practicality. I bring together nutrition, coaching, and holistic tools to support both mind and body, so you can make changes that feel sustainable, not overwhelming.

 

With professional training in nutrition, herbal medicine, behavioural science, and emotional eating recovery, alongside my lived experience, I’ve created a supportive approach that meets you where you are. My goal is straightforward: to help you feel calm around food, confident in your choices, and reconnect with yourself.
